Responsible operator
- AmeerUSA and the US Citizenship with Ameer Ali application are operated by Ameer Ali, a U.S. sole proprietor. Ameer Ali is the liable operating entity responsible for the application and these privacy and service terms.
Acceptance and eligibility
- By using AmeerUSA, groups, chats, comments, stories, forms, products, or related tools, you agree to these terms and any group rules shown in the app.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account, including activity through anonymous nicknames.
- You must not use the service if you are prohibited by law or if your account has been suspended, removed, or blocked.
Educational use only
- AmeerUSA provides community, learning, study, product, and communication tools. It does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice.
- Community answers, posts, videos, comments, forms, DMV/USCIS discussions, and app content may be incomplete, outdated, user-generated, or incorrect.
- For official deadlines, applications, immigration status, legal rights, DMV rules, or professional decisions, use official government sources and consult a qualified professional.
User content and conduct
- You are responsible for content you post, send, upload, sell, share, or submit, including text, images, video, audio, PDFs, forms, products, reactions, comments, and messages.
- You grant AmeerUSA a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, translate, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the service.
- You must not post illegal content, threats, hate, harassment, sexual abuse content, private data without permission, spam, fraud, malware, impersonation, copyright infringement, or content that violates group rules.
- You must not use anonymous posting or comments to evade moderation, attack others, mislead users, or avoid legal responsibility.
Moderation and enforcement
- AmeerUSA, group owners, admins, and moderators may review, approve, reject, label, hide, remove, restrict, preserve, or report content and accounts at their discretion.
- Admins may see the real account behind anonymous posts or comments for safety, moderation, legal compliance, and enforcement.
- We may block words, replace offensive words with symbols, limit visibility, disable features, remove access, or contact authorities where appropriate.
- We are not obligated to monitor every item and are not responsible for every user post, product, message, form, or comment.
Products, forms, and third-party content
- Sellers, advertisers, helpers, form owners, and users are responsible for their own offers, forms, submissions, claims, prices, documents, files, and promises.
- AmeerUSA may display products, ads, forms, links, or user services, but display does not mean endorsement, legal review, professional verification, or guarantee.
- Do not submit sensitive documents, private data, or payment information through messages, posts, comments, or forms unless you understand the risk and trust the recipient.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, AmeerUSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, legal, immigration, deadline, or user-content damages.
- You agree to defend and indemnify AmeerUSA, its owner, operators, admins, moderators, contractors, and service providers from claims related to your use, content, products, forms, violations, or misconduct.
Changes, termination, and contact
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, rules, pricing, access, or these terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts or access at any time for safety, legal, abuse, payment, or rule reasons.
