US Citizenship with Ameer Ali — App-specific Privacy Policy

This app-specific policy applies to US Citizenship with Ameer Ali / AmeerUSA. For this application, it replaces any conflicting older statement on the shared privacy page that no personal information is collected. It does not change policies for other applications.

Terms of Service / Terms of Use

This policy explains how AmeerUSA handles app, community, group, chat, form, story, product, and moderation data. It is a practical disclosure for users and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney for your exact business.

Responsible operator

• AmeerUSA and the US Citizenship with Ameer Ali application are operated by Ameer Ali, a U.S. sole proprietor. Ameer Ali is the liable operating entity responsible for the application and these privacy and service terms.

USCIS case tracking

• When you use case tracking, the receipt number you enter is sent through our server to request case status from USCIS. Do not enter a receipt number unless you are authorized to access that case.
• If you save a case, we store its receipt number, your optional label, case status and dates, notification preference, and the account identifier needed to associate it with you. These records support saved-case display, periodic status checks, and update notifications when available.
• You can delete a saved case in the tracker to remove that saved record and stop its future scheduled checks. This does not withdraw or delete your immigration case at USCIS. General retention, security and legal-record provisions in this policy still apply.
• The official Case Status API integration is being prepared. Live API access remains subject to USCIS approval; this policy does not represent that approval has already been granted.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information, including name, username, email, phone number, profile picture, language, group roles, verification status, anonymous nickname, and saved preferences.
• Community content, including posts, comments, replies, stories, reactions, bookmarks, messages, forms, submissions, products, attachments, voice, video, images, PDF files, reports, moderation notes, and admin actions.
• Technical and usage data, including device identifiers, app version, push notification tokens, logs, crash/error data, security events, latency diagnostics, IP-derived region, and interaction history needed to operate the service.
• Payment, order, advertising, and product data when you buy, sell, advertise, or request services. Payment card details are handled by payment providers and are not intended to be stored in the community system.

How we use information

• To create accounts, operate groups, show content, deliver messages, process forms, manage products, remember settings, provide support, and keep the app working.
• To send in-app, push, email, form, message, mention, admin, safety, and service notifications, subject to available notification settings unless a required safety or admin notice applies.
• To moderate content, enforce group rules, detect spam, fraud, abuse, impersonation, blocked words, illegal activity, and policy violations, and protect users and the service.
• To improve performance, debug latency, analyze feature use, test features, and understand which community tools need maintenance.

Public content, anonymity, and moderation

• Posts, comments, stories, reactions, profile details, group activity, and product cards may be visible to other users depending on the group, post, and privacy settings.
• Anonymous posting and commenting hide your public display name from regular users, but they are not anonymous to AmeerUSA, group owners, admins, moderators, or systems used to enforce rules and legal obligations.
• Admins and moderators may remove, hide, edit labels for, restrict, approve, reject, preserve, or report content and accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or group quality.
• Form submissions are stored for the form owner and are intended to be visible only to that owner and authorized service/admin systems needed to operate, secure, export, or investigate the form.

Sharing information

• We may share information with service providers that host the app, store files, send email or push notifications, process payments, provide analytics, prevent abuse, or support customer service.
• We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, safety requests, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, or to protect users, AmeerUSA, and the public.
• If ownership or operation of the app changes, information may be transferred as part of a merger, sale, financing, acquisition, or similar business transaction.
• We do not sell community form submissions as standalone contact lists. Users should not submit sensitive legal, medical, financial, or immigration information unless they choose to do so at their own risk.

Retention, security, and choices

• We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and support backups.
• You may update your account details, notification settings, and some privacy preferences in the app. You may request deletion or correction where available and legally required.
• We use reasonable safeguards, but no app, database, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
• Stories expire from normal story display after 24 hours, but related logs, reports, backups, moderation records, notifications, or legal records may remain longer where needed.

Children, changes, and contact

• The service is not intended for children under 13. Users who are minors should use the app only with parent or guardian permission where required.
• We may update this policy. Material updates may be posted in the app, on the website, or through a reasonable notice method.
